Hormone care for peri- and menopause.
Sleep problems, hot flushes, mood changes, cycle changes or brain fog can have different causes. Our initial consultation helps medically interpret your symptoms and turn them into a personal care plan.
Symptoms that often relate to hormonal change.
Many of these symptoms occur together and can be difficult to interpret without medical guidance.
Hormone therapy is an option, not the only answer.
Depending on your symptoms, results, risks and goals, your physician may review different treatment options. These may include lifestyle measures, non-hormonal options or individually appropriate hormone therapy.
Oestrogen-based therapy
May be relevant for certain symptoms such as hot flushes or sleep problems.
Progesterone or combined therapy
If you have a uterus, oestrogen is always combined with a progestogen that protects the lining. Which one, your physician discusses with you.
Local vaginal therapy
May be relevant for dryness, discomfort or urogenital symptoms.
Non-hormonal options
For patients where hormone therapy is not suitable or not desired.
How it works
Every path begins with a medical initial consultation. Your physician puts what has changed into context and recommends diagnostics only where they genuinely clarify something for your treatment plan.
- Initial consultation
Beforehand, and in your own time, you complete your medical history questionnaire. In the 1:1 video consultation you go through your symptoms, your findings and your questions. You receive a personal medical assessment and a recommendation for the next steps. 30 minutes by video, CHF 250.
- Targeted diagnostics
If further assessment is appropriate, your physician recommends targeted diagnostics. Current findings you already have are taken into account. She discusses the scope and the cost with you in advance.
- Results consultation
If diagnostics have taken place, you go through your values in a dedicated 1:1 video consultation and agree your treatment plan there with your physician.
- Treatment
Whether treatment makes sense is something you decide together. Where it is indicated, your physician stays with you through regular follow-ups and adjusts your plan as needed.
Your medical assessment
Your initial consultation brings clarity about your next medical step. Where medically indicated, targeted diagnostics complete the assessment. During treatment you are supported by a physician throughout.
Your 1:1 video consultation with your physician, prepared by your intake questionnaire. A personal assessment and a clear recommendation for the next steps.
Follow-up with your physician every month, for phases in which effect, tolerability or dosage need to be guided closely. You can stop at any time, and the current monthly period runs to its end.
Follow-up with your physician every three months, once your treatment is well established. You pay for three months in advance. You can cancel at any time, and the quarterly period you have already paid for runs to its end.
Where medically indicated: targeted diagnostics. Your physician discusses the scope and cost with you beforehand.
